A dynamic QR stores a short XeonQR link (like /r/…) instead of your final page. When someone scans, we send them to your destination and count the scan. You can change where it goes later without reprinting.

A static QR bakes your content into the black-and-white pattern. It works forever, even offline. You cannot change the destination or see scan counts after you print it.

Sign in, open the studio, enter your content, and turn on tracking (Pro). Download the code and print it. Manage destinations and scan stats anytime from your dashboard.

No. XeonQR counts scans on Pro dynamic codes (place, device, and similar). UTM tags ride on the destination URL for your website or ad analytics after the person lands.

Yes. Build tagged URLs, preview them, and download static QR codes on Free. Tracked multi-variant campaigns (editable short links + dashboard rollups) need Pro.

Yes if you care which print drove the scan. Each Pro campaign variant uses one dynamic slot and its own short link, so you can compare window vs counter vs flyer without sharing one code across all of them.

Sign in, open Dashboard, then Manage subscription. That opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancel there to stop future renewals.

Canceling stops renewals only. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, unless you ask Paddle for an earlier refund.

Refunds go through Paddle (our merchant of record). Use Paddle support or the link in your receipt email. See our refund policy for details.

Your codes stay. When the paid period ends you return to Free: you cannot create new dynamic codes, but existing dynamic links keep working with Free ads on scans and downloads. Static downloads stay unlimited.

Yes. From Dashboard or Pricing, pick Pro monthly or yearly anytime. Your existing codes are still there when you come back.
