Refund & cancellation policy

XeonQR Pro is billed by Paddle as merchant of record. Payments, invoices, tax, and refunds are processed by Paddle under their Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Cancel anytime. Follow the step-by-step how to cancel XeonQR Pro guide, or open Dashboard → Manage subscription for the Paddle customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period unless you request an earlier refund via Paddle.

Refunds. Request a refund through Paddle’s support or your receipt email. Statutory consumer rights (including cooling-off where applicable) still apply. Free-plan features remain available after cancellation.
